You really need to confirm whether you are pregnant before you move to the next step of deciding what to do about it. Have you tried a pregnancy test at home? If not, consider trying one or see your doctor for a pregnancy test in office.
If you are pregnant, you can discuss with your doctor your options. If you are not pregnant, consider using two forms of birth control to lessen the odds even more of an unplanned pregnancy. However, keep in mind that birth control will only make pregnancy less likely. Some women do become pregnant even when using contraception correctly. Only way to avoid pregnancy all together would be to stop having sex.
