Hi All,

To give you a brief background about my medical history: I'm hypothyroid, with my dosage corrected and have undergone multiple tests to make sure my thyroid is under check, before me and my husband started trying to conceive. This is our first time. I had a history or irregular periods and my doctor found from blood works that I've PCOS too. But she suggested me to try to conceive for 3 months and then get back to her, if I cannot conceive naturally, then she would refer me to a fertility specialist.
I got my last periods on April 18th and have a cycle of 37 days, with my periods due on May 25th. I've missed it by almost a week now, today being May 30th. I have no signs, no nausea, little cramping, but very bearable, no breast pain. This is our first time Trying to conceive. I got some brown discharge this morning, but only when I go to the restroom and wipe with a tissue.
I called up my doc and she asked me to test on HPT and give her a call to setup an appointment, irrespective of whether the test is negative or positive. I know, its not easy to conceive with PCOS, so I was planning to wait for some more days before I tested on HPT. But due to this brown discharge, I'm very confused. I'm a little bloated today, but not much pain. I usually have painful periods, so this is a little weird to me. Not sure what it could be. But I can't have my hopes too high, because I don't want to be disappointed.
Please advice.

I will update this forum, once I test it tomorrow morning about the results and my doctors visit. Really hoping to hear from someone.
