    At 4weeks it is very unlikely to see anything I was 5weeks pregnant and the only thing they could see was a gestational sac unfortunately I lost my baby at 6 weeks. Just give it time and you will soon see your baby maybe at 5 -7 weeks you will be able to see a bit more
