    37weeks and 4Days pregnant 1cm Dilated
    Hi I'am 37 weeks and 4Days Pregnant now. Last Monday I had an appointment with my Doctor and she told me that I'm 1cm Dilated. Ive been suffering through this hard and long contractions as well. I also noticed some white stuffs on my panties. Last day I had a very bad and long contraction it started to appear 4pm in the afternoon and last until 10 to 11pm. I can't sleep well its like something is bothering me or something is just ain't right. And my Tummy is becoming stiff more frequently.What should I do?

    You need to get to the hospital where you are supposed to deliver. A contraction should never last longer that a minute or two.
