Grouting expansion joint around pool deck coping
I'm not ready (financially) to re-do my pool deck (it's coated with Sun Dek, scaling cracking, ick). However, the materials to recaulk the expansion joint between the pool coping and the deck are only around $200, and that really needs to be done for more than cosmetic reasons. Has anyone done this yourself? Seems very time consuming, but that an amateur with the right materials could do it. I'm pretty handy generally--install lighting, fix plumbing, drywall, paint, wallpaper and such--so don't mind the work. I just want it to be done right, and if only a pool expert can do it right I will use one.
