Smiling as though popsicle stick in mouth sideways
Somewhere in the realm of conservative talk radio programs during the week starting January 23, 2012. A politician is deswcribed as smiling as though a popsicle stick were stuck in his mouth sideways. I can't remember the show or the individual being so described.
