    Why are you not supposed to use Flood safe hoses LG top load washing machines
    Customer service says not to use anti flood water hoses with lg washing machines

    Because the washer is confuse the Flood Safe hoses and they will think there is a leak and turn off the water. Use braided stainless steel reinforced hoses.

    The LG fill valve opens quickly which could be a unwanted trip of the flood valve.
