    Why would the shutoff valve to my lawn sprinkler not turn when it worked fine in fal
    Why would the shut of valve to my lawn sprinkler system not turn when it turned just fine last fall when we shut the system down?

    What type of shut off valve do you have, Brass washer and seat valve or a PVC lever type? Back to you, Tom
