 I have about a 4'' white PVC pipe coming out of the floor about 4-5 inches in my laundry room. It is capped so it makes me think it is drain to sewer. Is this for a toilet, shower, both, neither? What is throwing me off is that it is coming out of the floor so much. I am trying to finish my...
