Water pulsates at all faucets. Why?

I have a well. Just installed new deep water pipes and gauges. Thirty days later water faucets started to pulsate. Need to identify the cause.

Just got the answer to my questions.

Water pulsates in faucet because water pressure tank is failing.
    I replaced it.

Required info on inernet for all tanks specifications.
Simply type in 'WATER PRESUURE TANKS'.

Replacement etook less than 45 minutes.
Simply cut off power. Then cut pipe leading into tank. Rotete old take out of way. Rotate new
Into place and attach with new pipe. Finished in 40 minutes.Goodbye - $285.00.
