I respectfully ask; Do you have a good understanding of how your well system works? Do you feel comfortable testing electrical contacts and various other aspects of the electrical workings for a pump? If the answer is no to both of these, I would seriously recommend calling in an expert for onsite help. Being is you are on a private well, you may have a bad pump, pressure switch or power supply, also could be the pump control box. I don't like to recommend replacing parts without having them tested first. If you are familiar with these components, we my be able to give advice. If not, please do call for help and keep yourself safe. Good luck and please let us know what you decide. Even if you call for help, please let us know how everything works out.

    Good day.

(sorry, I'm an admin, not...
