    Your question isn't very clear, but it sounds like you have a blockage of some sort. Have you tried plunging the toilet? Did this just start recently? Or has it been gradually getting worse? When there is a blockage, water takes the next easiest escape route, whether its down the drain or into a tub, toilet or sink.
