I have an upstairs toilet that flushes extremely well but recently after flushing it takes 5 to 10 minutes to refill with water to be ready to flush again. If I turn off (close)the supply at the valve near the floor, then immediately open it up again, the water really rushes in like it used to....

Someone told me that there is a toilet that doubles as a bidet. Has anyone heard of who makes it? I wanted to add a bidet to one of the bathrooms, a combo unit would allow more room.
