Too much water pressure in condo?
I have three condos. My tenant told me that the water for the building (14 condos per building- 52 buildings) was shut off for repair on Friday. After they turned the water back on she said the shower head was broken/leaking and faucets were somehow leaking. My other tenant in a different building said his shower is broken too. Same day different building! My showers are hanging all in one units with integral diverters.

How could this possibly have happened? Ie what actions by a maintenance staff person could have resulted in my issues? Thanks!

    Hi Helpsurrey

Pick up a hose bib pressure gauge (see image) from home depot and check the pressure in each unit. You can check at washing machine connections or an outside faucet.

Once you know the pressure we can tell you more, OK?
