Okay read all answers but need to buy an auger but my twist is that the water valve was leaking and I changed it with a 1/4 turn valve does this make the problem.we were out when the prob occurred with kids home.so maybe a clog also

The water level in my toilet tank is correct. I have snaked the drain and adjusted the valve. When I flush the toilet the water spins but doesn't go down.
