Hi Apmollish and welcome to the Plumbing pageat at AskMeHelpDesk.com. You piggybacked on an a 5 year old dead thread so I gave you one of your own. In the future, before you post, look in the upper left hand corner for the date. We need more information.
Tell us more about the clicking noise. Does it happen when you're flushing or when the tank is filling? Does the clicking happen after the tank's filled and the water shut off? What ballcock do you have? (see image).
    Back to you. Tom

One of our toilets makes a loud noise, which seems to be coming from the pipes. It kind of sounds like there may be air or that the water is having trouble getting through the pipes. The noise starts once the tank is about half empty. Any ideas?

My toilet makes a high pitched noise after being flushed. I don't have the ballcock type valve, and there is no vibration, only noise that stops after the toilet has filled.

My toilet bowl has suddenly started making noise. Every few minutes, it makes a clicking noise. The noise sounds kind of like a kernel of popcorn has popped. What could cause this and what can I do to fix it? Thanks.:)
