    Toilet in basement
    Hi, I would like to put in a toilet in my basement, I have a drain for a shower. My question is can I tie into that drain. The drain is connected to city sewer.

    The toilet must have a minimum of a 3" inside diameter pipe and the toilet can not flush by an unvented tub or shower line.
