    t&p valve tu?
    My t&p valve leaks all the time. I have replaced it twice. The water pressure coming into my home is 100psi and the water temperature is approx 150 degrees. Any solutions

    Hi Lilsicilian...

    Your water pressure is way to high. All plumbing codes require that any home that has pressure that exceeds 80 PSI needs to have a pressure regulating valve installed on the main cold water line into the home and the pressure choked down to about 60 PSI.

    Your temperature also exceeds requirements. Hot water is not supossed to exceed 120F so you need to set that down as well... ;)
