State Select Power Vent Water Heater Wiring Schematic needed
(I posted this on a very old thread so decided it might be best to start my own, sorry for the double post... )

Hey all - I have a State Select power vent water heater PR640NOVT having an issue where the blower running constantly. I purchased a replacement gas valve controller second hand but found out it's not going to come with any wiring schematic. Would anyone be kind enough to scan theirs in if you've also purchased this replacement part? The Part number is State part number 9002355005.

Both State and White Rodgers (who makes the part) claim not to have any wiring schematics as the part has been discontinued for a few years, so I'm out of luck there.
