    State select model es680dort?
I just replaced both upper and lower thermostat on the water heater because water was very hot(170degrees) it still is very hot no change whatsoever. The parts I used were state replacement parts.any suggestions? I decided to try the thermostats first as they were not to expensive.. Bob from Maryland

    Hi Bob...

I'm afraid that if all was rewired properly then the only next logical step would be to replace the elements, but before doing so I would call State Industries co. and talk to the technical department and see if they can walk you through a troubleshooting guide here.. could save you some time/money... ;)

When you finally resolve this please pop back and let us know what you found, OK?
