    Spring well dry
    I have a rental house in northern Vermont, and my tenants just informed me it has no water in it. I have owned this house for 9 years and have never had to deal with this. What do I do? And what do I tell my tenants? It looks like rain will come this week...

    If it is fed from a cistern, make sure the pipe isclear. If the spring is dry, you may need to dig or drill a well.
