    Smelly Water
    Can anyone tell me why I would have a Urine smell in my hot water, only in one bathroom?

    A worn out anode in the hot water tank is usually the first suspect when it comes to smelly hot water, but I cannot explain why this would happen at a single source.

    If the bad smell's located in just one fixture you may have bacteria growth in the faucet. Shut the water off, open up the faucet and soak the areator and cartridge in bleach. Now fill the open valve body with bleach as well. Let me kinow how it smells now. Regards, Tom
