    Shower diverter stem removal
    After I get the knob and bonnet off how do I get the stem off? I've already stripped the darn thing and am frustrated.

    Hey Joyce,

    Unscrew the large nut, (see image) and back the stem and washer assembly out counter clockwise. Good luck, Tom
