    Septic system
I read about flushing the toilet and the bathtub gruggles, and this is what mine is doing except I have a spetic tank. I had the sweage comp out in nov and they pumped it out, when it started making this noise again I called the owenr he came out and looked and said the 1000 gal tank is at noraml level, why would it be gruggling?

Are you using any sort of "enzyme" in your tank like rid-x? We used that a few years ago and ended up with sewage backup in the house... Does it gurgle more when it rains? Does it gurgle before a backup? If it's just a little gurgling noise every now and again, I wouldn't give it too much worry.

I had not used rid ex in a long time the septic owner does not really care for it, told me we could use it. It has rained a lot, 8 inches above normal this year. It has gurgled in the past before a back up which made me call, I
Checked the clean area today and it was free of back up.

The gurgle is your tub trying to act like a vent stack since I think your stack is clogged
