It seem like my blue tank is running a lot more, is there something that is wrong?
It is the blue tank down my basement, used for the well. I have also been having problems with the water in my kitchen, when run it makes a pumping noise.

Not sure about a noise, but when a tank is going bad, you will notice that the pressure goes up and down fairly rapidly, kind of "surging" every few seconds.

If you want to check your tank, there is a little air valve towards the top. Press that valve a few seconds. If water comes out, then your tank is bad.

Sure sounds like jlisenbe nailed it. As for the noise in the kitchen, if the tank's bad then the pump will tun every time you make a draw. Replace the tank. Good luck, Tom
