    Yea, make sure your shower drain is 2" though, The lav can be as small as 1-1/4 however I'd suggest 1-1/2, And use a AAV (air admittance valve) under the vanity on the lav drain

    If the drain has a drum trap it will be of no use to send a snake down the overflow,. and if the house is on a slab I'd guess the house is probably 30-50 years old so it probably has a drum trap..,....
