Just grind your way through it... besides at 16 trust me she doesn't REALLY know what she wants... btw how old are u?
-
Time will heal all your wounds... Trust me one day you will wake up and know that you have to move on.
-
You might want to try and stand on your own two feet before you decide to live with this guy... just because he says he plans to build does not mean he has plans for you in the picture... Dont jump...
-
You have a kid to think about as well as your own safety... stay away from this head and protect your child!
-
How old are you two? If he thinks he is to young then pushing him is the wrong idea... If he will not move in with you what makes you think he is going to "build a house this summer"
-
Use lots of lube and relax like everyone else has said... I've have been doing anal on partners for 10 yrs or more and the poop factor has only happen once... and the thing is this... its part of the...
-
Its natural and anyone that says its not is lying like hell... acting on it or not is up to you
-
I agree with everyone but growler. The PVC nuts break way to easy I always go with the old style chrome traps.
-
Sounds to me like your Maine line is stopped up... and if your landlord does not want to do anything about it fix the problem yourself and take the cost off the rent...
-
My first thought is that your main line is stopping up... problems do not have a set time to happen so it is more than likely doing it more often than you think... check your main line to start with
-
I agree with doug.. I hate them and will not use them... but to answer your question put it after the stop that way you can shut the water off inside if there is a problem
-
Spray it down with wd40 and go to your hardware store and pick up a handle puller... they will know what u are talking about.. hope that helps
-
Sounds like you may have pushed the new trap to far into the wall and it is blocking the flow... try cutting a small amount off and see it that works.
-
Another thing you can also do is after you get the clogs out once or twice a month fill the lav almost full with nothing but hot water and let it drain out... it will help to get the grease off the...

-
Can u post a pic of the stopper so we can get a better idea of what you have?
-
U are right he didn't... but with your wisdom you should also know chances of doing a repair on a drum... regardless of where it is leaking... just my opinion though...
-
Trust me on this my friend... im sure you have forgoten more than I will ever know about plumbing... but at the same time the answers to problems are not always as tech savy as you think the are... I...
-
Better safe than sorry though
-
Lets not forget the pipe dope as well as the teflon
-
Sounds like the main line to me as well... I'll let speedball answer your question cause he seems to love telling me I'm wrong.. back to you speed
-
Try what speedball says to get it flush with the floor... however be very careful because at times that oldtimers trick (I have done this more times than I can count)can cause the cast to break off...
-
Shut the water off at the main.. IE shut the turn the water off to your house and replace the bad valve first... then start on the sink
-
-
If you can post some pics of the problem... im not really sure what you are asking but I really want to help if I can
-
NP... im glad to help if I can... if your vent was stopped up it would not drain at all.. and it would not cause the WC to bubble... Try snaking the line both ways and see if that works... not being...
-
If he puts the line in front of the washer trap he WILL get the washer line smell even if it is not what code says
-
The fact that you can run the water means nothing believe it or not... the problem comes when the water is all let loose at once and you get the bubbles... I could be wrong but it really does sound...
-
Just told you what it could be... please do not keep reposting... give someone time to answer
-
It could also be that you are in the starting stages of a clogged main line... night want to check that as well
-
Sounds like your main sewer line is stopping up to me
-
Post some pics of the way it is hooked up... could be also that the vent is clogged
-
It is possible that the partial clog is right where the WC meets the drain... pull the WC up and snake the line just to be safe while the WC is out run a snake through it as well
-
Can u give a little more info... sounds like a loose pipe in the wall but at the same time it sounds like you have gotten air in the line some how
-
It was probably ice that leaked back in... add some pics so I can help you out...
-
If you don't install a trap you will get the gas smell from the washer line...
-
WD-40 make help you get it loose... if not try tapping VERY gentle with a hammer and flat head screw driver... if you can jam a screwdriver into the top of the drain it may hold so that the nut comes...
-
I will be totally gutting and redoing my home's only bathroom next month and am trying to iron out any problems now before I start ripping things apart. I have a few questions about the best way to...
-
Is it all over the house or just one room or fixture? Like mowerman asked... what kind of pipes do you have for your water? Could also be a problem with the hotwater heater.. though that is rare it...
-
Running a return line would be a plus if you don't care much about the cost... its a great set up and cuts down heat time to almost nothing... moving the heater closer will cost as well as you will...
-
For the love of plumbing do not get rid of that WC! Like speedball said only the insides wear out not the throne... besides I can almost promise you that you will hate the new style of WC's as they...
-
No problem.. just pay att to how ever thing is taken out and put it back in the same way.. take pics if you need too... and don't forget to bleed the line.. :D
-
You should be able to get them at HD or Lowe's and if I am not mistaken they should come as a set... alot of times I have found that it was the hat or spring to be at fault and not the stem but you...
-
At 10 years old you would be better off changing both cartridges because sure enough if you only do one in a day or week the other one will start... change both the first time and be done with it......
-
What I meant was what name brand... Moen,Delta, etc...
-
Most of the time there is a door that gives you access to the valves in case of a leak... if you don't have one or are not sure where it is then just shut done the main to change the washers... dont...
-
Can u give a little more info?
-

-
We just bought our first house they ran a new sewage line from all sinks, toilets, tubs, and washer to main line and replace main line to city main.
