    Hey Mike,
    Nothing simpler! The faucet I put up, (see image ) is the same as a hose bib.
    Shut the water off and unscrew the bonnet packing nut. You may now back the stem and washer assembly out counterclockwise. Change the washer and check the seat for nicks or rough spots. If you find any the hose bib must be replaced. Reassemble and test. Good luck, Tom
