Outside cast iron stack in PA Want to replace with PVC

I just bought a house and it was build in the 1920s. The drainage stack is outside the house and it is starting to leak. I am trying to decide if I should just patch the leaks or replace it with PVC. I am not even sure if that would work. Any suggestions as to where I should start? Thanks

I think there's is a softer, more pliable metal that hammered over the edge of my metal flange, which appears to be loose and I think it has become worn out, because I can't even put new bolts in the groves to anchor the toilet. Can I lift the more pliable metal to replace the flange and if so...
Best way to replace undergound cast iron pipe

I have a 2' cast iron drain pipe from my kitchen running under a patio to the grease trap. Now it appears that it has a leak somewhere either under the patio or just past where it goes out of the foundation. My question is what is the best way to replace the pipe, short of tearing up the patio?

I need to cut out about 10 feet of cast iron pipe and replace it with pvc 2 questions how do I cut this old pipe ? And what should I use to splice in the pvc I was thinking a sawsall to cut it out and rubber boots to splice it back together with the pvc Thanks David
