    Removing old kitchen faucet
I have purchased a new kitchen faucet that I plan to install. However, I'm having difficulty getting the old faucet off. It is secured by plastic screw on housings that I cannot get off. I've tried using a wrench but the plastic bolt is stripped. I tried using pliers but that doesn't work. Any suggestions on how to get the old supports off?'

Afaroo said it: use basin wrench...

However, if you still have problems removing the nut, than take a wood chisel or long flat screwdriver, put it on the nut and tap it with hammer. Nut will break in pieces.
