Problems with water pressure in the house
Okay, I have a house in Southern Spain where it used for renting, it is 10years old and was built from scratch by proper builders, never had any problems with the water system. About 2 months ago I required a new pump to be fitted to the system. The cold water tank is at ground level and not in the ceiling or roof, so all water is then pumped from the tank into the hot water tank about 1meter away and then around the house/villa via a pump. Apparently I have been informed that the water pressure has dropped and the water pump has now burnt out.

What could be the problem with the system, and is there any kind of safe flushing solution that can be used to flush out the system either from the cold water tank or the hot water tank?

Or is it the faucets that are the problem could they be needing to be replaced completely?

    I don't live in Spain
