Problem installing faucet with accor valve
I'm trying to install a new kitchen faucet and can't connect the water supply. I can't remove the existing flex line from the shut off valve to attach the line from the new faucet to it. Is there an easier solution than replacing the entire valve? Maybe an adapter to connect the two lines? If so what size... 3/8 to 5/8? I'm very new at this and the guy at Lowe's was no help at all.

Is it your complaint that you have a angle stop, (see image) that you can't unscrew the old supply from the valve? What's holding you up? Please furnish more information. Is this what you have installed? (see image) Back to you, Tom

I have the push pull type plastic valve. I would like to eventually replace all of them in my house with angle stop valves. I was able to find an adapter to connect the lines for now. Thank you for your response.
