    Plumbing Adhesive Removal
    [ Can You Suggest A Product That Will Remove Or At Least Soften Dried Adhesive Or Mastic Used To Secure Shower Door Frame To Ceramic Tile Wall.

    Thank you Speedball for the quick answer. My job was a little different in that the aluminum frame was adhered to ceramic tile.

    Thank you Speedball for the quick reply. Since posting question, I found Jasco Premium Paint & Epoxy Remover at Lowe's. Just brush it on, let it stand 15 minutes, then scrape softened mastic with a wooden shim. Clean up with a rag moistened with paint thinner.

    If you are trying to remove the adhesive why don't you use a razor blade scraper, be careful that you don't cut yourself or scratch the tile.
