    Pipe noise
I recently had to replace my Moen shower cartridge. It's a single handle hot/cold with posi temp. I first replaced it with a Home Depot part and the pope noise and water hammer were terrible. I got an oem part and now there is no water hammer. However, there is a constant noise from the shower area. If I turn on the sink the noise changes pitch, almost like a revving engine. What could I be missing?
