    Our bath has started to leak whenever water goes down the plug or overflow.
    Hi, our bath seems to leak if water goes down the plug or throgh the
    Overflow. I can't see anything under the bath but the water is dripping
    Down through to the kitchen below. Any ideas

    You will have to cut a square out of the kitchen ceiling and locate the source of the leak. Save the square cut as you will be putting it back when you patch the ceiling. Let me know what you find.
