    No water to toilets
    Hello,

I woke up this morning, took a shower made coffee used the toilet and discovered that there was no water supply filling the tank. I checked my other toilet and discovered the same problem. I have water throughout the house just not in my two toilets. The house is less than 4 years old. Both bathrooms are upstairs. The water pressure seems to be normal throughout the house. Please help!!

    Thanks,
    Don

    Hey Don,

This is a unusual complaint. As a rule both toilets don't quit at the same time.
You're going to hafta do sometroubleshooting. Turn the water off under the tank. Remove the top of the ballcock. If it's a regular float ball type there will be three screws. If it's a can on a wire type the top will twist off.
Place a can over the ballcock and turn the water on. Is there a stream coming out? Waiting on you. Tom

We are almost ready to buy our toilets and I was wondering which brands you have had good luck with. With the low amount of water now used for flushing I want to avoid as many problems as possible. Thanks!
