No water coming to toilet from wall. Fluidmaster okay.
Yesterday, irrigation repair man turned off water to home. Afterwards, upstairs toilet would not fill with water. Detached metal flex tube to tank and turned on water @the wall. Still, no water came out. Sinks and shower working fine in that bathroom.

There may be dirt in the angle stop (valve) itself. You can close and open it several times to dislodge the dirt inside. If it doesn't help then turn water OFF at the main valve, unscrew angle stop and inspect incoming nipple and angle stop for blockage.

Follow the excellent advice by Milo. Let me add a bit to it.
First, after shutting off the water at the house shut off, unscrew the bonnet nut, (see image) and back the stem and washer assembly out counterclockwise. Place a pan over the open valve and turn the water on for a moment. Do you have a flow? Let me know, Tom

I am no longer getting water out of the shower head. All of the water is coming from the wall (base of the shower arm). The shower arm is very loose but I'm unable to tighten it as it seems to be connected just inside the tile. I'm really hoping that perhaps it's just loose from the pipe in the...

We noticed water damage on the kitchen ceiling. We cut out a piece of the ceiling and saw that the drip was coming from around a PVC pipe.
