Little to no hot water in two faucets
I have a sink in the kitchen that when you turn it to full hot the water preasure goes down a lot. I replaced the faucet and flex hoses and no change. The dish washer "seems" to be working just fine.

To really make it strange, I have a bathroom shower in the basement that when you it on now to full hot it barley gets warm. All the other faucets in the house work fine and the house is only two years old...

    Thanks in Advance,
    Mike

Hello mike, is your home still under warranty? I would report this to the builder if the home is under warranty first. Sounds like there is a flow restriction on the system somewhere and may need to have a plumber trouble shoot the situation.---Zeke
