What brand of faucet? Was repair kit for your specific faucet?
Don't recall ever seeing a kit that included seats.

Two handle or single handle faucet?

Yes it was specific for my faucet. It's a two handle with diverter. Seats where included. I followed instructions and it is still leaking.

Leak at hot, cold or both. When reinstalling the stems were they in the open or closed position? If you don't remember, I suggest that you remove the stems, insure that they are in the open position, then reinstall.
