Irrigation well pump keeps clicking when not in use
Don't use my sprinklers mcuh, but I do run my well pump from the faucet at the pump once a month. Noticed it was clicking but not turn running before I even tried to open the faucet? The housing was very hot! I used the re-prime water hose method and still had clicking with faucet open (no water coming out) or closed.

If it was very hot, clicking sound may be the thermal overload turning off the power. Could be a seized motor. Is the pump turning?
