    Hi Carlos

You can bolt a floor mount toilet to the floor....has holes in the base (bottom) of the toilet bowl.

You can mount a wall mount toilet to the wall...has holes on the back base of the toilet bowl.

You cannot mount a wall mount toilet to a floor mount base.

It sounds like you have a wall hung toilet:

reason is the handicap has the holes on the back
Bolts and a sewer pipe should be coming out of the wall if this is the proper toilet for your installation. Otherwise, you need a floor mount toilet.

    Questions? Let me know, OK?
