    How to install American Standard faucet stem
    I have installed an American Standard tub faucet stem p/n 9c-23h/c. Still leaks. Both seats have been replaced also. I've rechecked work. I'm not
    Lost. Any suggestions?

    Hello Vince,

    I hate to say it, but you will have to go back and re-check your installation. Remove the stem and seat and re-install it. If you installed only one stem, it may be leaking from the other (old) one. Replace them both.

    I am sure you will tackle it this time. Let us know how you did

I took my American Standard Stem in to the Home Depot. They compared to to others and said that it was a 2C-14C. Then they gave me replacement Nu-Seal washers and said that there is no seat for this. Is that possible? Here it is with the new washer attached.
