Take toilet up and see if you have better luck from bottom side.

If you have used a closet auger on it and it's still clogged, chances are you will find it in the bend of the trap in the bowl. Turn off the water at the angle stop. Sponge out the tank and bowl. Remove the closet bolts and lift straight up. Have a piece of cardboard to set it on. Now tilt it over on its side. Careful, you still have about a gallon of water left in the trap. Now take a coathanger, put a hook in it and go fishing up the bottom to see if you can hook the bottle and pull it oyurt. All you will need to reset the stool is a new wax seal.
    Good luck, Tom

Thanks all for the help. It was lodged at the very bottom. No way out but the way it went in. Now, to get it back out. Trying a coat hanger the auger wouldn't work.

Really, if it is caught in the curve it is sometimes easier from the back side

But then I have seen a few things that never came out and the toilet would have to be replaced.

Remember curved to go down, not back up, so from bottom side really works the best.
