How far can you run a vent pipe?
    Hello,

I'm currently planning the venting system for my very tiny house (28' long, 8' wide).
The main stack vent is on the far right side, in the bathroom (with the toilet, sink and shower). But, on the other side of the house, 28' away (plus some) is the sink and washer/dryer. Could I run a vent pipe over to the main stack 28 some odd feet away, or would that be too far? Should I just have a secondary vent going through my roof?

    Thanks!

That's a house? Down here we call that a walk in closet.

yes you could connect both the washer and the sink vent together and tie the main vent using the correct slope. Wouldn't it be easier to tie the washer vent and the sink vent together in one them out the roof with one pipe? The downside of that 28' line will come around when you attempt to snake either the washer or the sink. Let me know what you decide. Good luck, Tom
