How do you fix a shower kit floor which was installed with an improper slope
We have a corner shower kit in the basement and the shower tray does not slope to the drain.

Take it out and do it over the right way. Are you sure its JUST the slope that prevents proper draining? Did you do the work, or have a contractor do it? If you used a contractor then he should be the first one you talk to.
