How do I correct a problem with a sewage pipe under concrete?
I am building a new house in Sunny Cyprus, I have an architect and engineer who are supervising the construction. The house has a reinforced steel rebar frame and 600 mm of cast concrete slab. The plumber has put all the sewage and drainage pipes inside the slab, and lo and behold, the toilet waste is 800 mm outside the house in the veranda.

How can I connect the toilet, which is inside the house, to the waste pipe outside? We don't want to dig up the floor which was already laid.
