To attach fixed shower head to arm

I am having new shower fitted and I have bought a fixed shower head which is very heavy to attach to the arm. I am concerned that the arm may not be able to support the weight of the fixed shower head. Will I need extra attachment? I am fitting this to concealed triple valve system. Regards KM
