    Does a vent-line need to be verticle from floor to ceiling?
    We are taking out a shower. Putting in a bathtub. The vent-line is in the way. Its in concrete on the floor. Can we re-route it with an elbow?

    Yes you may. Just remember to maintain 1/4" to the foot slope back to the drain line. Good luck, Tom
