Older single handle delta with separate diverter on spout. Looking for diagrams

House was built by ushome in 1995, has older style shower with separate diverter on spout. I believe this is the ball and valve. I took off the cap and stainless sleeve but am unsure how to dis-assemble from there. Any diagrams would be helpful. Thanks.
Are their parts in a delta water diverter that can leak?

I have replaced the cartridge for the single knob delta faucet and water is still coming out of the spigot. Are their parts in the pull down spigot that can fail and cause leakage?

We have a three handle delta faucet in our bath/shower. When turned to use the shower only half of the water comes out the shower the other half still comes out of the faucet. We assume we need to change the stem but we can't get it out. There isn't a nut or anything that seems to be holding it... View more questions Search
