    Hi How do you Connect a hoizontal 4" pvc pipe to a 4" castiron pipe ?

    You make sure the end of the cast iron"s bald and clear of any raised letters and couple them together with a 4" shielded coupling. (see image). If they're overhead make sure they have support. Good luck Tom
